Suicide safety products are favored by correctional institutions, psychiatric hospitals, and mental health and safety facilities for their ability to assist in suicide prevention and patient self-harm limitation. These items are highly durable and promote individual safety while maintaining the dignity of the person who wear.

Material:
This high-durability jacket is constructed with a triple-layer design: two outer layers of rugged flame-resistant (FR) Cordura nylon, reinforced with an inner layer of heavy-duty, inherently FR heavyweight twill. The layers are cross-stitched using a multi-needle, lock-stitch quilting machine for maximum strength and resilience.

Design:
The jacket pattern has been purposefully engineered and field-tested to support suicide prevention measures in detention environments. It has successfully passed relevant performance evaluations.

Binding:
The gown is fully bound with durable Cordura nylon binding. It is sewn using six layers of lock-stitching with T69 bonded nylon thread. The binding ends are finished with a zig-zag stitch, which is then top-stitched using T70 bonded nylon thread for added reinforcement.

Sewing:
Each gown is crafted by skilled seamstresses who fully understand the technical and quality requirements. Quality control is maintained throughout the production process.

Inspection:

·         All raw materials are thoroughly inspected for defects before use.

·         Materials are rechecked during the quilting process, ensuring consistency and integrity.

·         During pattern layout and cutting, materials undergo another round of inspection.

·         Each finished gown is subject to a three-stage final inspection, where nearly every stitch is closely examined to ensure quality and durability.
